JJM Personnel connects international workers—with a focus on Romanian candidates—to opportunities in the Dutch labor market. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in the success of JJM Personnel. You will manage around ten vacancies simultaneously and recruit six to eight new candidates weekly. Your focus will be on the construction - and technical sector. You will collaborate closely with a team of eight colleagues, including sales staff, job coaches, and fellow recruiters. And don’t forget office dog Gappie!
Together, you will ensure the best matches. JJM aims to grow from 150 to 200 successful placements by 2025. Are you ready to contribute to this ambition?
Your responsibilities:
You are a go-getter with a clear goal, always ready to achieve results. You maintain an overview and work in an organized manner, even in a fast-paced environment. Effortlessly, you switch between tasks and keep your priorities sharp. Additionally, you have an empathetic and communicative attitude because treating people fairly and respectfully is essential to you.
You are:
espond to weekend messages, contact candidates, and conduct intake interviews. You’ll join Twan for a client meeting this week.
Select candidates via social media, job boards, and your network. Conduct video interviews and improve campaigns to generate more responses.
You follow up all candidates to finalize arrangements and ensure placement targets are met
You appeal to your network, to ask if there are any options. You want to be able to propose 15 candidates.
Then you evaluate the week with the team, celebrate successes, and set goals for the upcoming week. You end the week with a team social event!
